This podcast did not start as a dareI just really like talking about agile software development. I’ve learned a lot in my years as an agile practitioner and while I still have a lot yet to learn, if through these podcasts I can save other’s some time, effort, or painful mistakes, then my life does have meaning.

I know the sound quality is terrible in the early episodes. The first episode was recorded using my Skype USB handset. The second was with a Sony microphone but with no mixer or preamp. By the third episode, I had a mixer and I kind of learned to use it by the fourth. There’s still some static I have to learn to deal with, but the sound should keep improving as I get better at this.
